Arafel lies along the Blight between Kandor to the west and Shienar to the east. The Erinin forms part of its southern border before turning south toward Tar Valon, and its capital is Shol Arbela.
Arafellin soldiers are known for carrying two swords, and the nation shares the hard, Blight-born culture of the other Borderlands.
