About Jangai Pass
Jangai Pass is one of the few routes across the Spine of the World, the mountain wall that divides the Westlands from the Aiel Waste. It runs from the eastern edge of Cairhien to the desert country the Aiel call the Three-fold Land.
The town of Taien once stood at its desert end, trading with the Aiel. In The Fires of Heaven, Rand leads the Aiel clans through Jangai Pass into Cairhien.
Spoiler note: this guide mentions events up to The Shadow Rising.
